This module works as a two-way voice verification module and enables
the control panel to be used as a communication point. This enables
alarms to be verified by listening-in‚ a functionality normally required
by Central Monitoring Stations (CMS) to reduce the cost of false alarms.
The “listen-in” function can be activated from the outside with a
security pin code or automatically in case of an alarm. In case of a medical
emergency the operator can directly talk to the person in need.
Several audio messages with a total length of up to 90 seconds can also
be recorded with the integrated microphone‚ then stored and individually
programmed for broadcast via the loudspeaker in case of an alarm.
This unit works with the IC60 compact version only.
